The bag is made of 100% pure leather

2. Do you have ready stock?

Yes, we have a small quantity of stock in ready-to-dispatch condition. These will be shipped to our Indiegogo backers on a first-come-first-serve basis.

3. What is the Warranty on the bag?

We offer a 2 year replacement warranty, and we promise the Montero will last much longer.

4. What if I need a refund?

Sure, no problem. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Your item must be in the original packaging.

4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

5. What is the average time for delivery of the Montero?

The Montero is delivered within 4-6 weeks of receipt of payment. Since the product is hand-crafted, it does take time to manufacture each piece. Add to it the shipping time of ~1 week.

6. What are the other products you offer

Apart from the Montero, we offer the Troy Wallet and the Cruz Card-holder. All our products are made using the same quality material – 100% pure leather.
